The project was a tenant improvement space in an unoccupied/unfinished part of a building in the heart of the Eagle business district. We began with an empty box and spatial requirements from the client. The tenant improvement included a custom reception and display area, relaxing treatment rooms, a semi private imaging center, as well as offices, a break room and restrooms.
Each space was established from the radial point of the relaxation area found under an existing skylight. The creative placement and shape of the walls was the means of creating and interesting and appealing space on a tight budget. This was done by merging simple geometric forms to create interesting intersecting points, art niches, and wall building outs, curved walls, arched entries unexpected soffits, and plant shelves. The result: a transformed space elegantly redefining circulation patterns and room layouts while still providing a warm and comfortable ambiance to a uniquely designed space.
