“Modern and upscale structural interiors” sets the stage for this design package. Classic and cutting-edge, this design showcases the use of newer and more traditional materials in unique combinations. The exposed structure of the ceiling is featured throughout the space, and a unique layered and lighted resin treatment highlights the main conference room ceiling. The main lobby features the dynamic combination of materials used throughout the project, including stone, concrete, warm and rich wood tones, decorative lighting and metal accents.
The use of asymmetry is also an important component of the interior design. The angled columns and walls add a hint of artistry in shape, accented by bold paint colors. The exposed decorative lighting works hand in hand with recessed lighting to create focal points and appropriate light levels. An artwork package focused on abstract construction elements adds the finishing touch.
As a LEED-NC registered project, the use of environmentally-friendly materials and finishes were carefully selected, and special attention was given to indoor air quality considerations.
