Cornerstone Design was hired by EKT to select finishes and materials for their law office in a new office building. The challenge was that each of the four partners in the law firm had a different idea of how they wanted the space to look. As part of the design process, Cornerstone spent several meetings with all of the partners to understand each of their concepts. The final design incorporates the items that were most important to the partners—the space is warm and inviting yet utilizes more contemporary elements such as concrete floors and aluminum door frames. The front desk is custom designed and utilizes granite and exposed metal support brackets.
