Purchased as a building shell, we designed the entire interior layout and finish package according to our firm’s studio needs, as well as to LEED-CI Gold standards. The interior spaces were laid out to provide optimal natural daylight for all of the work spaces as well as views to the outdoors. A variety of interior finishes were used to create a “working showroom.” We purposely mixed modern and natural materials together to create a dynamic and vibrant space where a variety of textures are experienced.

Over 90% of the wood used in the project is FSC-certified, and we diverted over 90% of our construction waste from the landfill. We supported local materials and vendors as much as possible, and continue to enjoy the relationships we have with our vendors. 20% of the materials in our space have recycled content, and all meet stringent indoor air-quality requirements. As one can see after experiencing the space, “green” can truly be gorgeous!
