Old World Vineyard
Old world style finishes combine with accents of vibrant colors of the orchard—cherry, grape, nectarine and green apple. The lobby floor sets the stage for this scheme with larger scale mottled tile. A decorative floor border defines two areas in the lobby, giving the sense of area rugs for circulation purposes. The darker wood tone on the main areas of the resilient floor and interior doors add a sense of rich earthiness. The botanical wall coverings behind the reception desk and the nurses’ stations create cohesive and vibrant distinctions of these areas.
A soft green paint color above a creamy wainscot for wall protection is proposed for the corridors. The reception station is warm and welcoming, showcasing natural wood on its exterior, engineered stone on the transaction top, and dramatic elements of resin with glass embedded to bring the natural environment inside. The signage wall behind the reception area is flanked by two pilasters and an arched soffit, an element that is repeated throughout the space.
