This 13-story LEED-CS platinum office building is uniquely its own. The designer worked with the developer and architect to enhance the interior essence of the building while maintaining its sustainable integrity. The millwork, elevator surrounds, custom carpet pattern and paint colors in the main lobby set the stage for a modern, dynamic and organic space. The recycled glass countertops and linoleum floors in the restrooms show that "green" materials can be fun and functional. The warm and rich colors throughout the building work in a nice rhythm that welcomes tenants and visitors alike.
